Our home has a concrete foundation. Can it be installed in our home?
Yes, True Help Lift can be installed in any existing home, whether it is on a concrete foundation or on a wood floor with crawl-space underneath. We even provide any additional bracing needed to complete a secure installation.
How long does it take to get it installed after we purchase?
Most orders are installed within 2-3 weeks.
What is the cost for the lift?
The cost is very reasonable and inexpensive compared to any other option available. The cost will vary depending on a couple of factors about your home. The best way to get “no-pressure” pricing is to contact us at 662-286-9057.
What about when we no longer need the lift?
We offer a “buy-back” program to help you with two things: (1) Recouping some of your investment (2) Removing the lift from your home. In the event that you no longer need your lift, simply contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if the lift breaks down?
Because the unit is built with such high-quality materials, we rarely have any problems whatsoever. However, if you ever have any problems at all, we’re available to help you and will make it a top priority to provide any repairs or assistance that you need.
Does the lift lower the person all the way down into the water?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, this was one of the things our designer (Ricky Marsh) wanted to include. The user simply sits down in the chair, fastens the safety belt, swivels the chair around, and lowers the chair all the way down in to the water. The water-proof remote makes it easy to operate.
Does Medicare/Medicaid pay for a True Help Lift?
Unfortunately, True Help Lift is not a covered device at this time.
How do I know if a lift will fit in my bathroom?
True Help Lift fits most bathtub designs. Give us a call and we will discuss how and where to measure to determine if True Help Lift will work in your bathroom.
Can I operate the lift by myself, or will I need help?
Most users will be able to operate the lift alone.
